Two Rivers Mansion is one of the last elaborate antebellum country homes built in the Nashville area—and one of the earliest and best-preserved Italianate houses in Middle Tennessee. Built in 1859 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the estate once sat at the heart of an 1,100-acre plantation on fertile, rolling land between the Stones and Cumberland Rivers.
Today, the grounds still hold that timeless charm, including the mansion itself and the adjacent 1802 Federal-style brick home, once the centerpiece of historic Donelson, Tennessee.
